All our premium themes are the one-time purchase. Once you buy our products, you won’t need to renew your subscription for support and updates. We will provide lifetime support and update clients/ customers.
Our themes are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress. Please ensure that you always use the most current version of our themes & Plugins.
Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress but not responsible for functioning well with all or any 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers that are not created with high compatibility (e.g. any WP Plugins) or modified the theme files. We have also the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.

No support will be given via comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone call, Skype or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions. We check support forums only Monday to Friday. Generally, we reply you back from a few minutes to 24 hours(working days) but due to the time difference, instant support may not be possible. We can’t guarantee the reply for free products but try our best to get back.
SpiderBuzz (SpiderBuzz.com) reserves the right to modify or discontinue a subscription (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently at any time or from time to time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change prices of all our products at any time without prior notice.
We bet for the premium-quality products and services which never fail to please the customers. If you have problems getting our themes or plugins to work, then we have a dedicated support team as a standby backing to help our clients/ customers instantly through support forums and email. We do not have refund policy however if you found our product (that you purchased) completely unusable even after a support from our team, you can claim for the refund. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try to solve the problem you have by mail us at email@example.com
